Accommodation
The house will comfortably sleep 6 adults and the prices
displayed are on this basis. Children can also be
accommodated by arrangement as bunk beds,a cot and a
highchair are available free of charge.(Please note that
bedding is not included with the cot provided.)The snug room
is arranged as a double bedroom with dresser base containg books and games and is available to convert into a smal living room if required & therefore, the house can sleep a maximum of 8-10 people. Where this may apply please note that there would be an additional charge of £40 per person per week or an additional £25 per person per weekend.
The accommodation comprises :
Upstairs
Three first floor bedrooms as follows:
• One double bedroom with built in wardrobes. Views to front over fields.
• One family bedroom with double bed and single bed, built in wardrobes and washbasin.
• One family bedroom with 2 single beds and washbasin. Views to front over fields.
(Bunk beds are available upon request).
• One family bathroom - WC, washbasin and bath with shower over.
• All rooms are equipped with tea / coffee making facilities, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels included.
Downstairs
• Large kitchen, well equipped with crockery, glasses, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, electric double
oven and grill and extractor hood. Breakfast bar with two stools. Built in fridge.
• Spacious lounge with original shutters and sash windows,wood burning stove (1st basket of logs is
complimentary , after that please purchase by the basket from the proprietor). Colour television, DVD and
internet connection.
• Snug room arranged as a double bedroom with dresser base containg books and games. Available to convert into a smal living room if required.
• Large spacious hallway leading to front porch
• Utility room with built in cupboards, freezer, wine rack, coat pegs, iron and ironing board.
• Seperate ground floor shower room off the utility room.
• Separate WC with washbasin in vanity unit.
